多点成形有限元参数化建模的研究

             

摘要

介绍了多点成形的基本原理、有限元参数化建模的流程和计算基本体高度的方法,利用ANSYS/APDL开发了多点成形有限元参数化建模程序,通过VC++编写了友好的参数输入界面,使得在进行多点成形数值模拟研究中仅需输入一些相关参数即能建立不同类型的有限元模型,即参数化建模,从而避免了很多繁琐的建立有限元模型的工作,并利用该程序分别建立了发动机罩以及轿车顶盖的多点成形有限元模型.%The basic principle of multi-point forming, the process of finite element parametric modeling and the height calculation method of fundamental elements were presented. The finite element parametric modeling procedures inputing multi-point forming were development by ANSYS/APDL,parameters input interface was designed by using VC+ + . In numerical simulation of multi-point forming, different parameters can build different types of finite element models, which are parametric model. So it avoids a lot of verbose works for the finite element model building. With the program, finite element models of multipoint forming of the engine hood and car roof were established.
