民办高校廉政教育的“弱位”管窥：“根源”析理视角

with the deepening of China＇s reform and openness,the private universities in higher education market will reach 50% in the near future,however,the private universities neigher get rid of the negative effects of market-oriented economy,nor get out of criss-cross conflict of interest and contradictory opposite,in a word,there is no a clean and fair wide stretch of land in the private universities.There are a great quantity of the disadvantageous conditions such as asymmetrical distortion,illegibility of directional response,separate of both appearance and innate character,no composition of forces,excursion of center of gravity,being short of tenet,being absent oneself from checking and supervising on work attendance,insufficiency of good effects,and so on.The paper analyses its potential problems and causes from social environment,peculiarity of institutional structure and operating mechanism,and work ethic,which provides reference value for private universities to advance education honestly and uprightly at the present time and in the near future.%创新于改革开放将占高等教育＂半壁江山＂的民办高校,未能超脱市场经济的负面影响和纵横交织的利益矛盾而跳出公办高校腐败旧圈成为＂净土＂,其廉政教育存在对称失衡、指向欠清、形质分离、合力缺失、重心偏位、旨归离散、考监缺量、效度有限等尴尬的＂弱位＂事实,从社会环境大势、体制机制特质、制度建设软执行、教育职业道德趋功利等视角剖析其潜在归因,对民办高校今后廉政教育的＂创为＂治理具有一定的参鉴价值。
