影响高职院校大学英语教师专业化发展的消极心理探究

摘要

高职院校大学英语教师的专业化发展问题一直受到忽视。鉴于此，在细致探讨高职院校大学英语教师的消极心理表现形式、原因的基础上，试图提出有效对策来减弱甚至消除这些消极心理，为提高高职大学英语教师专业水平提供建议和对策。%The issue of vocational college English teachers’ professional development has been always neglected. By exploring the manifestation and causes of vocational college English teachers’ negative psychology in detail, the paper tries to find effective strategies to alleviate and finally eliminate such negative psychology so as to offer some suggestions and strategies for the vocational college English teachers’ professional development.
