李士懋教授“溯本求源，平脉辨证”思辨体系概论

摘要

Professor LI Shi-mao , Chinese Medicine Master , has established his own analysis system ,“going back to the origin and syndrome differentiation on normal pulse” after his experience of reading classics and practicing clinically for 58 years, which em-phasizes on classics and clinical as origin.Syndrome is the core of the system , while pulse the soul , which is objectified into the fol-lowing 6 points as clinical guidance:1 ) taking TCM theory as guidance; 2 ) taking syndrome differentiation on normal pulse , with pulse to explain the syndrome and the tongue without definite formula or law;3) taking holism as guidance;4) initially distinguishing deficiency and excess;5) taking syndrome differentiation dynamically;6) advocating classical prescriptions.%国医大师李士懋教授在58年的读经典、做临床的磨砺中，逐渐形成了自己独到的“溯本求源，平脉辨证”思辨体系。该体系强调本于经典，源于临床。证是平脉辨证思辨体系的核心，脉是辨证论治体系的灵魂，并具体化为六点作为临床指导：①以中医理论为指导；②平脉辨证，以脉解症，以脉解舌，方无定方，法无定法；③以整体观为指导，胸有全局，整体辨证；④首分虚实；⑤动态辨证；⑥崇尚经方。
