基于阴阳脉诊李士懋教授运用“泻南补北”法刍议

摘要

Professor LI Shi-mao , Chinese Medicine Master , takes “syndrome differentiation on normal pulse” as guidance on clinical practice , which proves to be effective.The therapy of “purging heart fire to nourish renal water” is originally a special reinfor-cing and reducing method in acupuncture while in Prof.LI’ s opinion, it is widely accepted on clinic , not only purging heart fire to nourish renal water, but also purging liver-fire, reinforcing lung-deficiency, and treating an excess of fire caused by insufficiency of wa-ter, heart-yang kidney-yin incoordination, exuberance of heart fire, decline of vital gate fire, insufficiency of kidney-yang, pathogenic water attacking heart , etc.This paper is to explain with case records how Professor LI puts the method into practice actively and effec -tively.%国医大师李士懋教授运用“平脉辨证”思辨体系指导临床，效如桴鼓。“泻南补北”法原为《难经》论针法中的一种特殊补泻针法，李老认为其在临床中运用广泛，基于阴阳脉诊，不仅用以泻心火，补肾水，还可用以泻肝实，补肺虚，治疗水亏火旺，心肾不交；心火亢盛，命门火衰；肾阳不足，水气凌心等证。以医案举隅阐释李老“泻南补北”一法的圆机活法，灵活运用。
