健脾疏肝方对肝郁脾虚型慢性乙型肝炎患者临床疗效及免疫功能、肝纤维化指标的影响

摘要

Objective:to study and analyze the curative effect and action of Spleen-invigorating Liver-soothing Formula on the immune function and hepatic fibrosis indexes in CHB patients of liver-qi stagnation and spleen deficiency type.Methods:117 CHB patients of liver-qi stagnation and spleen deficiency type were randomly divided into observation group (60 cases) and control group (57 cases),the latter were treated with routine modern medicine while the former were added with Spleen-invigorating Liver-soothing Formula.Three months later,observe the curative effects and the changes of immune function (CD3,CD4,CD8 and CD4/CD8) and he-patic fibrosis (LN,HA,IV-C and PIIIP).Results:of observation group,the excellent rate was 41.67％,effective rate 91.67％,andineffective rate 8.33％,while of control group,they were 28.07％,75.44％ and 24.56％.There was significant difference (P ＜ 0.05);after treatment,CD3,CD4 and CD4/CD8 were obviously increased while CD8 decreased significantly (P ＜ 0.05),and CD3,CD4 and CD4/CD8 were higher and CD8 lower than those of control group;LN,HA,IV-C and PIIIP of both group were obviously decreased (P ＜ 0.05),observation group were lower than control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Spleen-invigorating Liversoothing Formula can improve the curative effect on liver-qi stagnation and spleen deficiency type CHB,regulate immunity and inhibit hepatic fibrosis effectively.%目的:研究分析健脾疏肝方对肝郁脾虚型慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)患者临床疗效及免疫功能、肝纤维化指标的影响.方法:将117例肝郁脾虚型CHB患者随机分为观察组(60例)和对照组(57例).对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予健脾疏肝方.治疗3个月,观察2组疗效以及免疫功能(CD3、CD4、CD8及CD4/CD8)、肝纤维化指标(LN、HA、Ⅳ-C、PⅢP)的变化情况.结果:观察组显效率41.67％,有效率91.67％,无效率8.33％;对照组显效率28.07％,有效率75.44％,无效率24.56％,2组疗效比较差异有显著性(P＜0.05);2组治疗后CD3、CD4、CI4/CD8较本组治疗前明显上升而CD8明显下降(P＜0.05),且观察组CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8高于对照组而CD8低于对照组(P＜0.05);治疗后,2组LN、HA、Ⅳ-C、PⅢP较本组治疗前均明显下降(P＜0.05),且观察组均低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:健脾疏肝方可提高肝郁脾虚型CHB的临床疗效,有调节免疫及抑制肝纤维化的作用.
