Hotel industry grows increasingly under the booming tourism, but the developments of high-star hotels also remain un-certain in the current new normal environment, such as lack of proiftability, high cost and etc. This paper analyzes in detail the current situation, problems and solving strategies in the aspect of energy consumption of high star-level hotels by taking the sample hotel as an example. Based on the total energy cost and the total turnover and water, electricity, gas costs ratio as a reference, it considers that the energy consumption of the sample hotel is relatively high. A further analysis shows that there are many reasons of the status quo, in-cluding the aging equipment, weak energy-saving consciousness, absence of control hardware, and etc. Finally, it puts forward speciifc proposals to save energy and reduce cost as a reference, and to promote the hotel to a higher management level.%旅游业在蓬勃发展带动酒店行业日趋壮大，但在当前新常态下高星级饭店的发展也存在隐忧，如盈利能力不足、成本居高不下等等，文章以样本酒店为例详细剖析高星级酒店在能源消耗方面存在的现状、问题、解决策略。研究选择总能源费与总营业额比值作为评价依据，配合水、电、气的耗费比值作为参考，认为样本酒店的能源消耗相对偏高。在进一步分析发现导致现状的原因是多方面的，包括设备老化、节能意识淡薄、分控硬件缺失等，文章最后针对性提出建议方案以期对酒店的节能降耗参考，促使酒店向更高管理水平迈进。
