BOT模式应用于体育场馆建设的优势分析

摘要

Using the methods of literature,logic analysis and expert interview and so on,this article figured out and summarized the investment system of nowadays stadiums.Based on the analysis of stadium operation and management in our country,we in-troduced BOT model,and analyzed the advantage of BOT model.The research released that the advantages include reducing gov-ernment financial burden,effectively absorbing social money,monitoring stadium construction,increasing management efficien-cy,switching the role of government,letting stadiums owned more power themselves and so on.At the same time,this article analyzed issues we should notice when applying BOT model.%运用文献资料、逻辑分析以及专家访谈等方法，对现有体育场馆的投资体制进行梳理和总结，在分析我国体育场馆经营管理现状的基础上，引入BOT模式，认为该模式具有以下优势：降低政府财政负担，有效吸引社会资金；促进场馆的建设；提高管理效率，转变政府职能；体育场馆获得更多的自主权。同时分析了BOT模式应用过程中应注意的问题。
