基于校内生产性实训基地的应用型导游人才培养模式研究--以河源为例

摘要

高素质技能型导游人才深受广大旅游企业青睐，高职院校要培养能与行业顺利对接的应用型导游人才，不仅要完成基于工作过程的课程改革，更要加大校企合作的力度。除了让学生参与校外顶岗实习，更需要在校内建设生产性实训基地，为“教、学、做”一体化提供真实载体，构建工学结合的导游人才培养模式。%　　Today,tourism enterprises need skilled talents. In order to cultivate ap plied talents who can adapt to job smoothly,vo cational colleges should not only finish the cur-riculum reformation based on the work process,but also en-hance the cooperation between colleges and enterprises. Therefore,in addition to extramural training,we need to con-struct the productive training base inside school,which can provide real support for "teaching,learning and practice" in-tegration,deepen the school-enterprise cooperation in the school.
