淘宝网卖家信用评价调查分析

         

摘要

The rapidh progress of Taobao in promoting the flow of goods quickly, Taobao stores credit problems be-come more and more obvious which include some sellers'' improving the credit rating and modifying evaluation seri-ously, some buyers'' brushing drill and making malicious e-valuation, credit evaluation system set up more inclined to sellers, and incomplete the index score. Therefore, Taobao stores need to set up business philosophy of"the customer is god" and put the customers as the main body of market. Buyers need to regulate their behavior in the process of on-line shopping, don''t receive the temptation of interests, don'' t make malicious evaluate. Related departments need to for-mulate relevant laws and regulations for sellers and buyers to punish illegal behavior.%淘宝网的快速发展在促进商品迅速流通的同时,淘宝卖家的信用问题也日益凸现.有的卖家为了提高信用评价,吸引买家修改评价;有的买家受雇于卖家进行"刷钻"行为以及恶意评价;信用评价体制设置更倾向于卖家,指标评分不完善.为此,淘宝卖家需要树立"客户是上帝"的经营理念,把顾客作为市场的主体;买家在网购过程中需要规范自身的行为,不受利益的诱惑,不恶意评价;相关部门需要制定相应法律法规,对卖家、买家的违法行为予以惩戒.
