高职生定岗实习期思想状况分析与对策

摘要

Through researching on higher vocational stu-dents’ ideological status in professional practice and enter-prise satisfaction survey, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of professional practice. Analysis shows that the vocational students’ self perception is not clear, students’ professional awareness is not in place and so on. It puts forward a sound professional practice process management and countermeasures to strengthen the stu-dents’ ideological education.%基于对定岗实习过程中学生思想状况的调查和企业的满意度调查，分析高职学生定岗实习过程中存在的自我认知不清晰、职业生涯意识不到位等问题，提出了健全定岗实习过程管理和加强学生思想教育的对策。
