数字阅读环境下高校图书馆个性化服务初探

摘要

Information technology promotes the rapid development of higher education.In order to meet the needs of students’reading,university libraries not only need have abundant book resources,but also need constantly adj ust the directions of library construction and provide effective services for readers in the form of personalized service.The paper discusses library construction and how to offer better personalized service in the digital reading environment,and finally puts forward some suggestions,such as building spe-cial databases,improving librarians’comprehensive quality,pursuing the people-oriented principle to enrich the library resources.%信息技术推动了高等教育的快速发展，高校图书馆要满足学生的阅读需要，不仅需要拥有丰富的图书资源，更需要不断调整图书馆建设方向，用具有个性化的服务形式为读者提供有效的阅读服务。就高校图书馆建设以及在数字化阅读环境下如何做好高校图书馆个性化服务工作进行探讨，提出建立特色数据库、提高馆员综合素养、“以人为本”丰富馆藏资源等实施措施。
