张家口文化资源与旅游产业融合发展研究

摘要

Between tourism and culture there is a natural relationship in which culture is an important basis for the tourist development and tourism is the main form of cultural prosperity.Based on the current situation of the cultural tourism industry in Zhangjiakou,the paper discusses the mechanism,patterns and path choices in the integrative development of cultural resources and tourist industry in this area.The re-searches think that the integrative development should be established on Zhangjiakou’s reality and takes three ways of integration modes of infiltration,expansion and innovation.The integrative development can be realized through transforming government functions and purifying development environment;making good industrial planning and building good industrial bases;emphasizing talents’training and building in-telligence drive;doing good publicity and integrating marketing;and creating brand image and pursuing constellation effect,in hoping of accelerating the development of culture tourism development and quality upgrade.%旅游和文化之间有着天然的联系，文化是旅游发展的重要依托，旅游是文化繁荣的主要形式。立足张家口文化旅游产业“弱”“小”“散”的发展现状，探讨了文化资源与旅游产业融合发展的机制、模式和路径选择问题。研究认为，张家口文化资源与旅游产业的融合发展要立足本地实际，通过渗透型、拓展型和创新型3种融合模式，采取转变政府职能，净化发展环境；做好产业规划，建好产业基地；重视人才培养，构建智力驱动；做好宣传推介，整合市场营销；塑造品牌形象，追求集群效应的具体路径来促进融合，实现张家口文化旅游业快速发展和质量升级。
