美国白蛾取食金叶榆及家榆对其生长发育的影响

The effects of different host plants on development and reproduction of Hyphantria cunea were studied by using Ulmus pumila cv.jinye,Ulmus pumila for host plants.The results show that the like feeding Ulmus pumila.The survival rate of the first generation of Hyphantria cunea larva feeding Ulmus pumila cv.jinye leaves was 15.0%,while the survival rate of the first generation of Hyphantria cunea larva feeding Ulmus pumila leaves was 36.7%.The survival rate of the second generation of Hyphantria cunea larva feeding Ulmus pumila cv.jinye leaves was 82.7%,and the survival rate of the second generation of Hyphantria cunea larva feeding Ulmus pumila leaves was 84.3%.The development duration from the second generation of larvae to pupae for Hyphantria cunea Drury feeding Ulmus pumila cv.jinye was 30.1 days,while for Hyphantria cunea feeding Ulmus pumila leaves it was 31.5 days.Hyphantria cunea that refuse to feed Ulmus pumila cv.jinye was 16.3% for the first generation,and for the second generation,the rate was 24.1%.%以金叶榆、家榆为寄主植物,研究了不同寄主植物对美国白蛾生长发育和繁殖的影响。结果表明,美国白蛾比较喜欢取食家榆。美国白蛾1代幼虫取食金叶榆叶片的存活率为15.0%,取食家榆叶片的存活率为36.7%,第2代幼虫取食金叶榆叶片的存活率为82.7%,取食家榆叶片的存活率为84.3%;美国白蛾取食金叶榆叶片从初孵第2代幼虫到蛹的发育历期为30.1 d,取食家榆叶片为31.5 d。第1代美国白蛾对金叶榆的拒食率为16.3%,第2代为24.1%。
