Objective To investigate the 25 hydroxyvitamin D status in children with Graves disease and the role of vitamin D in the pathogenesis of Graves disease. Methods Thirtyseven children with Graves disease in Shijiazhuang Han nationality were selected. The level of serum 25 hydroxyvitamin D does not affect the laboratory and clinical parameters of children with Graves disease.%目的 探讨Graves病患儿的维生素D状况及维生素D在Graves病发病机制中的作用.方法 选择石家庄市汉族Graves病患儿37例.按初诊时间分为夏秋季组(初诊时间6—11月)及冬春季组(初诊时间12月—次年5月);按年龄分为0.05).血清25羟维生素D水平与甲状腺体积、总甲状腺素、游离甲状腺素、总三碘甲腺原氨酸、游离三碘甲腺原氨酸、尿碘、3h131碘吸碘率、6h 131碘吸碘率、24h131碘吸碘率均无相关性(P>0.05).结论 Graves病患儿血清25羟维生素D水平未见明显降低,季节性变化仍然存在;血清25羟维生素D水平并不影响Graves病患儿实验室及临床参数.
