人巨细胞病毒感染与代谢综合征的相关性分析

摘要

目的 探讨人巨细胞病毒(human cytomegalovirus,HCMV)感染与代谢综合征(metabolic syndrome,MS)的相关性.方法 1 744例满足入选标准的健康体检者行HCMV IgG 抗体检测;并采用国际糖尿病联盟(international diabetes federation,IDF) MS诊断标准分别观察HCMV IgG 抗体阳性、阴性健康个体组MS的发生率,探讨HCMV感染与MS的相关性.结果 HCMV IgG 抗体阳性和HCMV IgG 抗体阴性健康人群MS的发生率分别为35.19%、16.70%,差异有统计学意义(χ2= 77.661,P＜0.001);经多因素Logistic回归分析,调整了性别、年龄、吸烟、MS各危险组分及动脉粥样硬化因素后,HCMV IgG抗体阳性仍增加MS的发生风险,OR值为1.432(95%CI,1.113～1.821,P＜0.001),说明HCMV感染与MS独立相关.结论 HCMV 感染很可能是MS的危险因素.%Objective To investigate the association of Human Cytomegalovirus infection and metabolic syndrome ( MS ).Methods In a cross - sectional study, 1 744 individuals for health physical examination in the third hospital of Hebei medical university were enrolled.Serum were analyzed for IgG antibody to HCMV, as well as fast glucose and lipoprotein level, MS was defined by modified International Diabetes Federation ( IDF ) criteria.The prevalence of MS was calculated in positive or negative HCMV IgG subjects respectively, then the association of MS and HCMV IgG was analyzed by controlling possible confounders.Results The prevalence of MS in heathy individuals with HCMV IgG antibody ( 35.19％ )was significantly higher than that of the individuals without HCMV IgG antibody ( 16.70％ ), ( x2 = 77.661 ,P ＜ 0.001 ).In muhiple Logistic analysis, after adjusting for sex, age, smoking, MS risk components,and atherosclerosis factors, HCMV was independently associated with MS [OR = 1.432 (95％ CI, 1.113 ～ 1.821, P ＜ 0.001 )].Conclusion MS has a significant association with prior infection of HCMV.HCMV infection is an independent risk factor for MS.
