Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Shumaijiangya soup combined with metoprolol in the treatment of hypertension. Methods A total of 64 patients with hypertension were selected fiom Dec. 2008 to Jun. 2010 and randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 32 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with Shumaijiangya soup and metoprolol, while the control group was treated with metoprolol only. The efficacy was compared between the 2 groups. ResultsAfter 8 weeks treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.7％, which was significantly higher than that of the control group ( 75.0％ ) ( P ＜ 0.05 ). The systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure were significantly lower than those before treatment ( P ＜ 0.05 )in both groups. The decreased dehgree of systolic blood pressure and diastolic in treatment group was more significant than the control group( P ＜ 0.05 ). Conclusion The efficacy of Shumaijiangya soup combined with metoprolol is superior to simple western medicine. The integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine treatment has a synergistic antihypertensive effect with less adverse reaction. It is worthy of clinical application.%目的 观察舒脉降压汤配合美托洛尔治疗高血压病的临床疗效.方法 2008年12月-2010年6月应用舒脉降压汤配合美托洛尔治疗高血压病32例(治疗组),另单纯应用美托洛尔治疗高血压病32例(对照组),比较2组的降压疗效.结果 2组治疗8周后,治疗组总有效率93.7%,高于对照组75.0%(P＜0.05).收缩压、舒张压2组治疗后均较治疗前显著降低(P＜0.05),其中治疗组降低更显著(P＜0.05).结论 舒脉降压汤配合美托洛尔治疗高血压病降压疗效优于单纯美托洛尔组,中西药结合治疗具有协同降压疗效,不良反应发生率低,值得推广应用.
