目的 制定一套适合脑出血性疾病的专业化个体化病情观察记录单,提高临床护理工作质量.方法 根据疾病种类和症状学特点设计脑出血性疾病表格加焦点式病情观察记录单,与原运行的病情观察记录单对照.结果 临床应用120例患者,经效果评定,临床应用效果优于原运行记录单(P＜0.05).结论 表格加焦点式病情观察记录单能更科学便捷地记录脑出血性疾病病情及治疗过程,突出个体化、专业化的治疗理念,有利于提高护理质量,值得推广.%Objective The purpose of this study is to design a kind of nursing sheet which is specialized and individualized for the patients suffered from cerebral hemorrhage to improve the quality of clinical nursing care. Methods The score table and focus nursing sheet were designed according to the species of disease and characteristics of symptomatology, and compared to the previous nurse observing table. Results By evaluating 120 cases in this test,the score table and focus nursing were superior to the previous nurse observing table( P <0. 05 ). Conclusion Score table and focus nursing sheet can record the patients' condition and course of treatment more scientifically and conveniently, and highlight the philosophy of specialized and individualized treatment. It improves of the quality of nursing and is worthy of promotion.
