曹妃甸纳潮河综合管廊集中供热管道施工技术

摘要

在海底管廊进行DN1200热力直埋管道敷设施工，受管廊环境狭窄、坡度大等条件影响难度较大。本文介绍的采用非同一平面轨道异型电瓶车及悬臂梁自稳吊装技术进行施工的方法成功解决了施工环境受限难题。%Being affected by narrow environment of pipe gallery and steep slope,it is difficult to accom-plish the laying construction of DN1200 directly-buried thermal pipeline in seabed pipe gallery.By using special-type battery car with not-same-plane orbit and cantilever-beam self-stable lifting technology,the problem of limited construction environment can be successfully solved.
