我国农村环境污染防治法律对策分析

摘要

In recent years,environment pollution in vast rural area of China is becoming serious.China urgently needs to take valid legal measures for rural environment pollution prevention.This is directly related to the development of circular economy and eco-agriculture,the rural ecological environment security,and the building of friendly environment and resources-conservation society.China should control the rural environment pollution through implementing perfect legal system,increase rural environmental pollution control efforts,emphasize the public participation principle,improve the public＇s environmental awareness and legal notion in order to control the rural environment pollution and give full play to the rural environment pollution control laws.%近年来,我国广大农村的环境污染问题日益严重,我国迫切需要对农村环境污染防治进行有效的法律规制,这关系着我国发展生态农业、循环经济、保障农村生态环境安全以及构建环境友好型、资源节约型社会等一系列重大国计民生问题。我国要通过完善环境保护法律体系,从法律的角度防治农村环境污染;加大对农村环境污染治理的力度;强调公众参与原则,提高公众的环保意识与法律观念。做到更好地治理我国农村的环境污染,充分发挥法律对农村环境污染防治问题的重要作用。
