区域突发事件综合应急能力评价研究论纲

摘要

区域突发事件综合应急能力评价研究是一个具有重要理论意义和实践意义的课题。对这一课题的研究有利于贯彻落实中央相关方针政策，有利于保障区域经济社会健康良性发展，有利于提升我国区域突发事件综合应急能力。从宏观层面规划本项研究的目标、内容、着力解决的关健问题、基本思路、研究方法是当前该研究需要解决的首要问题。%Study on the evaluation of regional emergency comprehensive responding ability is of important significance in theory and practice and is beneficial to the implementation of related policies set by central government, the guarantee of harmonious development of regional economy, and the improvement of regional emergency comprehensive responding ability of China. The primary issues which need to resolve include research aims, content, key subjects, basic thoughts and research methods from macroscopic aspects.
