China's cultural soft power construction is a great system engineering, which needs both party leaders and government guidance, and it also need the social from all walks of life work together. So, it should promote the competitiveness of the cultural industry, foster the urgently needed talents, establish the multiple investment sys-tem, and improve the cultural infrastructure.%论文对中国文化软实力建设的系统路径进行了论述，认为：中国文化软实力建设是宏大的系统工程，既需要党委领导和政府引导，也需要社会各界共同努力，还需要提升文化产业竞争力、培育开发急需人才、建立多元投资体系、完善文化基础设施。
