双线激光划片机的控制系统研究

摘要

文中以X-Y二维移动平台为研究对象,完成了一套双线激光划片机的控制系统的整体设计。重点介绍了步进电机驱动电路硬件与控制软件的设计,上下位机串口通信的实现以及自动对焦控制单元和高精度数控工作台的控制。%This paper introduces the implementation of control system of dual-beam laser lane scribing machine based on the research of X-Y 2D mobile platform. It focuses on the design of drive circuit hard- ware and control software of the stepper motor, the implementation of upper and lower serial communica- tion as well as the control of camera auto-focus system and the high-precision NC platform.
