应用型人才培养模式视阈下地方院校公共事业管理专业课程设置研究

摘要

The local colleges and universities build the applied talents training mode is the embodiment of national talents cultivation plan that they implement. It benefits the construction of public affairs manage-ment and the promotion of development of local economy and society. The problem for current curriculum design of public affairs management of local colleges and universities is that it is obscure characteristic, un-reasonable curriculum system, focusing on theory and ignoring in practice, etc. The important orientation of public affairs management of local colleges and universities is the configuration of curricula should be stand-ardization, socialization and localization.%地方院校构建公共事业管理专业应用型人才培养模式是地方院校顺应时代发展、落实国家教育方针的体现,有利于地方院校公共事业管理专业的建设,有利于为地方经济与社会发展培养人才. 当前地方院校公共事业管理专业的课程设置存在课程难以体现专业特色、课程体系不合理、重理论轻实践等问题. 课程设置的规范化、社会化与本土化,是地方院校培养公共事业管理专业应用型人才的重要方向.
