浅析高职院校隐性思想政治教育的特点及意义

摘要

隐性思想政治教育与显性思想政治教育不同,不是强制粗暴的灌输,而是将教育目的隐藏起来,达到"潜移默化"、"润物细无声"的教育境界.区别于本科院校,高职院校隐性思想政治教育的特点体现在教育理念、教育内容和模式、教育对象三个方面.高职院校开展隐性思想政治教育意义重大,它能够提高思想政治教育立德树人的效果,能够弥补高职院校显性思想政治教育的不足.%Recessive ideological and political education is different from the dominant ideological and political education,which is not mandatory rough implantation,but hiding the education purpose,achieving the education state of "osmosis" and "moistening everything silently".Different from undergraduate course colleges and universities,the characteristics of the recessive ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges lie in education idea,education content and mode,the education object.Recessive ideological and political education is of great significance in higher vocational colleges,it can improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education high moral values establishment and people cultivation,could make up for a lack of dominant thought political education in higher vocational colleges.
