DG3500B型电动环卫车碰撞分析与改进

         

摘要

电动环卫车以电能作为动力源,在城市环卫工作中应用广泛.但电动环卫车在路上行驶时存在安全隐患,发生碰撞时会导致环卫车的驾驶室发生变形,对驾驶员造成伤害.本研究对电动车的整车进行建模,并对模型进行了40%偏置的正碰仿真试验.试验表明电动车在碰撞后车体的前侧部位、前围板、前保险杠管发生了变形.在电动车出现弯折部位增加加强筋,在车架前端增加缓冲装置,对改进的模型再次进行仿真,提高了整车40%偏置正面碰的性能.使驾驶室的入侵量减少了125.676mm,碰撞时的加速度峰值降低了0.032 9,提高了电动环卫车的安全性能.%Electric sanitation vehicles whose power source is electric energy are widely used in urban sanitation work.However,there are security risks when driving electric sanitation vehicles on the road because driver's cab will be deformed when the collision occurs,which will be a great danger to the driver.In this paper,the model of the whole electric vehicle is built,and the model is simulated by 40% offset frontal impact text.According to the result of this simulation,the front part of the electric vehicle,the front panel and front bumper of the electric vehicle are deformed after collision.Then a reinforcing rib is added to the bending part,and a buffer device is added up to the front end of the vehicle frame.The improved model is simulated again,which improved the performance of the vehicle 40 % offset frontal collision.The invasion of the cab is reduced by 125.676mm,and the peak value of the acceleration speed is reduced by 0.032g,thus the safety performance of the electric sanitation vehicle is improved.
