杏鲍菇新菌株品种比较研究

         

摘要

Taking local strain Pleurotus eryngii No.8 as CK,4 new strains 1216,1217,1218 and 1206 supplied by Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences were studied,from the aspects of spawn running,fresh mushroom yield and fruit body agronomic characters,in the cultivation bags with Tangshan common formula on adopting high yield techniques,to select suitable P.eryngii strains with good qualities.The results indicated that the Strain 1218 performed the best,with the fastest hypha growth and primordium differentiation,the highest fruit body production,which was 5.26% higher than CK;the Strain 1206 ranked the second,with 3.01% higher fruit body production than CK.These 2 strains should be promoted in Tangshan region in the future.%利用唐山地区杏鲍菇生产中常用的营养料配方及高产栽培技术,将中国农业科学院提供的4个杏鲍菇菌株1216、1217、1218和1206,从栽培袋发菌情况、鲜菇产量、子实体主要农艺性状3个方面,与当地主栽杏鲍菇品种杏鲍菇8号(CK)进行了品种比较,以筛选出适宜唐山地区栽培的高产、优质杏鲍菇优良菌株。结果表明:菌株1218菌丝生长和原基分化最快,子实体产量最高且商品性状最好,较CK增产5.26%;菌株1206次之,较CK增产3.01%。2个菌株均可以在唐山地区推广栽培。
