为探讨套袋对果实品质的影响,以黄冠梨为试验材料,研究了套3层袋、套单层白袋和不套袋处理(CK)对黄冠梨果实发育过程中葡萄糖、果糖、蔗糖、莽草酸和苹果酸含量变化的影响。结果表明:套袋处理果实的糖和酸含量变化趋势与不套袋处理基本一致。果实成熟期即花后110 d,套袋处理果实的葡萄糖含量〈不套袋处理,差异不显著;果糖和蔗糖含量显著〈不套袋处理;莽草酸和苹果酸含量〉不套袋处理,差异不显著。套袋降低了黄冠梨成熟期果实的葡萄糖、果糖和蔗糖含量,增加了果实的莽草酸和苹果酸含量。%The effects of bagging on the contents of glucose, levulose, sucrose, shikimic acid and malic acid of Huangguan pear were studied. The resulted showed that the change trend of sugar and acid contents of bagged fruit was basically in accordance with that of the unbagged one. During fruit maturation period, content of glucose of bagged fruit was lower than that of unbagged one, the contents of levulose and sucrose of bagged fruit were significantly lower than those of unbagged one, while the contents of shikimic acid and malic acid of bagged were higher than those of unbagged one. Bagging could decrease the contents of lucose, levulose and sucrose, increase the contents of shikimic acid and malic acid of Huangguan pear fruit.
