近几年，河北省按照农业部标准园创建工作要求，在全省广泛开展了水果标准园创建活动，通过制定实施方案，创建“五化”标准、实施“七到园”和“四个百分之百”工作措施，大力推广节本增效等无公害集成技术，使参加创建的果园果品质量和效益大幅度提升。同时，分析了河北省水果产业发展的制约因素，提出了增加投入、扩大规模、疏通渠道、打造名牌等建议措施。%In recent years, according to the standard orchard establishment requests from the Ministry of Agriculture, the standard orchard establishment activities has been launched extensively in Hebei Province by drawing up implement scheme, creating standards of scale, standardization, commercialization, brand and industrialization , enforcing the measures of seven principles and four 100%, promoting pollution-free integrated technology such as saving cost and improving efficiency, as the result, the fruit quality and benefits of the orchard has been greatly improved.Meanwhile, restricting factors of fruit industry development in Hebei Province were analyzed, and the proposals such as increasing input, expanding the scale, unclogging the channel and building up the famous trademark and so on were put forward.
