“公司＋基地＋农户”农业产业化生产模式分析--以山西怡园酒庄为例

The production mode of agricultural industrialization of company plus base plus peasant household adopted by Yiyuan chateau was introduced, the existed problems in the operation of business and management mode of three union one separation were analyzed , and the corresponding development suggestions were proposed.We hope that it could drive more excellent foreign enterprises into the countryside and develop benignly.%介绍了怡园酒庄采用的“公司＋基地＋农户”的农业产业化生产模式，对实行的“三统一分”的经营管理模式在运行方面存在的问题进行分析并展开了讨论，提出了相应的发展建议。希望能以怡园酒庄为例，带动更多的优秀外来企业走进农村并更好地良性发展。
