Neoseiulus barkeri is the most commonly used predatory mite in orchard of China,it can effec-tively reduce the use of chemical pesticides and improve the fruit quality. In order to explore chemical controls coordinated with biological controls, indoor toxicity test was done for six kinds of orchard com-monly used drugs to Neoseiulus barkeri with the immerseleafs method. The results showed that the toxicity order of chemicals to N. barkeri was spirodiclofen>myclobutanil>tebuconazole>emamectin benzoate>hexythia-zox>5,they had low toxicity to N. barkeri,the safety factor of azocyclotin was 3.68,it was medium risk of releasing N. b ark e riin in field.%巴氏新小绥螨是目前我国果园中常用的捕食螨天敌之一,在果园中释放巴氏新小绥螨可以有效减少化学农药的使用、提高果品质量。筛选高效低毒、对天敌安全的化学农药,是协调生物防治与化学防治的重要措施。采用改进的叶片浸渍法,以捕食性天敌巴氏新小绥螨为靶标,对6种果园常用农药的室内毒力进行了测定;并运用安全系数指标,对参试药剂的安全性进行了初步评价。结果表明:螺螨酯、腈菌唑、戊唑醇、甲维盐和噻螨酮的安全系数均>5,对巴氏新小绥螨表现出低风险性,具有与巴氏新小绥螨协同使用的潜力;三唑锡的安全系数为3.68,对巴氏新小绥螨有一定的杀伤力,表现出中等风险性。
