离子色谱法测定硫酸头孢噻利中三氟乙酸残留

摘要

建立了硫酸头孢噻利中三氟乙酸残留的离子色谱检验方法。实验优化了前处理条件和离子色谱分离条件，结果表明：三氟乙酸在0．1～10．0μg／m L范围内具有良好的线性关系（r＝0．9997），精密度（n＝6）为1．04％～1．51％，检出限为0．03μg／m L ，加标回收率为97．9％～98．9％。该方法灵敏、快速，高通量，可以为监测该药物中三氟乙酸残留提供科学依据。%A method was conducted for the detection of trifluoroacetic acid residues in cefoselis sulfate by ion chromatography .The operating conditions of pretreatment and the separation of ion chromatography were optimized .The line arrange of trifluoroacetic acid was 0 .1 ~10 .0μg/mL (r=0 .9997) ,T he precision for determining the trifluoroacetic acid pesticides by this method (n=6) varied from 1 .04% to 1 .51% and the limits of detection was 0 .03μg/mL .The spike recoveries ranged 97 .9% ~98 .9% .Proved by this testing ,this method w as sensitive , fast and suitable for the analysis of trifluoroacetic acid residue in cefoselis sulfate .
