It's been a period of time since the supply-side structure reform is proposed.There are some wrong interpretations in all sectors of society,which make great obstacles for its development of practice.Speaking of origin,it requires clarifying the scientific nature of Marxism political-economics and the misguidance of the western economics.It aims to provide guiding theory for supply-side reform and understand its scientific connotation.%供给侧结构性改革的提出已有时日,在社会各界的诸多解读中出现了认识误区,这对供给侧结构性改革的有效推行产生了极大阻碍.从根源来讲,科学认识供给侧结构性改革必须明晰马克思主义政治经济学的科学性和西方经济学的误导性,从源头上廓清供给侧结构性改革的指导理论,以正确理解其科学内涵.
