涤纶废料合成聚氨酯漆固化体系的研究

摘要

以涤纶醇解物为原料合成的端基为-OH的不饱和聚酯，与含有-NCO基的聚氨酯rn预聚物交联，制备双组分漆，讨论了固化体系中的引发剂、促进剂及催化剂用量对漆膜性能的影响.结果证明，固化体系各组分用量决定了双组分漆膜的表干时间和机械性能.%The preparation of two-component paint is presented, which is synthesized by unstaturateied polyester resin end-block by hydroxy, based on waste PET and prepolpurethane end-blocked by isocyanate. The cross-link system is studied, as well as the linking time and surface hardness.
