PRODUCTION PROCESS OF RECYCLING CHIP USING SYNTHETIC WASTE FIBERS OF POLYESTER AND NYLON AND RECYCLING CHIP THEREOF

PURPOSE: Provided is a production process of a recycling chip using synthetic waste fibers of polyester and nylon which recycles the synthetic waste fibers as raw materials of a synthetic cotton so that it contributes to save resources. CONSTITUTION: The production process of the recycling chip using the synthetic waste fibers of polyester and nylon comprises the steps of: (i) allowing a first cutter to cut the synthetic waste fibers of polyester and nylon to a long-fiber type; (ii) allowing a second cutter to cut the long fiber to a single fiber; (iii) projecting the cut single fiber to a screw-typed transfer tool to compress the fiber and quickly fusing the fiber by frictional heat between a fixed friction sheet and a rotation friction sheet to be cut in a first-chip type; (iv) cooling the first chip, projecting the chip to a rotating crusher and crushing the chip to produce a second chip; and (v) cooling the second chip and packing it.
