多硬度拼接淬硬钢球头铣削加工的数值模拟

         

摘要

利用Advantage Edge有限元软件,基于应变能量密度切屑分离准则,采用自适应网格重划分技术,模拟了多硬度拼接淬硬钢球头铣削加工过程,获得了多硬度拼接淬硬钢铣削力、铣削温度分布.多硬度拼接区的存在将导致断续铣削的加工效果,铣削温度的积聚不充分影响了切屑形成,多硬度拼接中高硬度材料的铣削温度场分布均匀性差.%A finite element model is presented by using Advantage Edge, this model was used to simulate the process of ball end milling harden steel assembled with different hardness. Milling forces and temperature distributions were obtained by utilizing the chip separation criteria based on strain energy density and element adaptive re- meshing modules techniques. An intermittent milling process was found while ball end milling the hardness transitional zones, which induced an insufficiency accumulation of milling temperature and affected chip formation processes. Temperature uniformity of high hardness steel is poor when milling the harden steel assembled with different hardness.
