基于本体的协同装配关系模型

         

摘要

为提高协同装配的智能化和自动化程度,提出一个基于本体的协同装配关系模型.通过本体定义领域内的语义概念和属性关系,为协同装配时所需的连接特征、相交特征和空间约束关系的语义描述提供一个形式化的表达;通过Web本体语言和语义网规则语言实现装配信息的自动推理,可以动态的获取协同装配时所需的装配信息,并且能够将隐含的约束关系一起获取.通过本体技术构建协同装配关系模型为协同装配提供了一个统一的框架,具体实例表明,在该框架下能够有效支持异构CAD系统间零件及装配体的协同装配,使协同装配有效进行.%To promote the collaborative assembly the degree of intelligence and automation,a collaborative assembly relation model based on ontology is proposed.By ontology definitions of domain concepts and property relationships,the hierarchical composition intent of joint feature,mating feature and space constraint relationship intent in assembly design was formally represented.The assembly automatic inference is realized by Ontology Web Language (OWL) and Semantic Web Rule Language (SWRL).The assembly information is dynamically acquired based on collaborative assembly relation model,and implicit constraint relation is acquired too.The collaborative assembly relation model based on ontology provides a uniform framework for collaborative assembly.The example shows that,the collaborative assembly of parts and components are realized among heterogeneous CAD systems in this framework.
