Dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs) have aroused intense interest over the past decade owing to their low cost and simple preparation procedures.This progress report highlights recent developments in dye-sensitized solar cells composed of both liquid electrolytes, ionic liquid, solid-state hole transport materials and nano-particles composite quasi-solid or solid electrolytes.The properties of different types of dye-sensitized solar cells are discussed with the aim to understand the mechanisms of operation of these devices.The problems in the research of DSSC are pointed out.Finally, the future development tendency of DSSC is prospected.%染料敏化太阳能电池由于成本低和制备工艺简单,在过去十多年中受到了广泛的关注.本文系统地报道了应用在染料敏化太阳能电池的液体电解质、离子液体电解质、固态空穴导电材料及纳米粉体复合电解质等研究现状.通过对不同种类染料敏化太阳能电池性能的分析,便于读者了解电池器件的工作机制,同时也指出了电解质研究存在的问题,并对其发展方向进行了展望.
