为定性分析黑龙江省农产品精深加工产业集群的发展方向，以资源旋度场所带来的经济增加值为主要测度目标，建立以资源旋度、集群周期、利导政策及经济增量为集群因子的四维坐标体系来模拟黑龙江省农产品精深加工产业集群的升级路径。在忽略产生较大政策扭曲情况下，得出其升级路径具有类似圆锥曲面指数螺旋线的性质，且资源旋度为其主要可控激励源，结合产业集群生命周期理论给出关键升级节点的匹配政策导向。%For qualitative analysis of industrial clusters development of agricultural products intensive and deep processing of Heilongjiang province, we constructed a four dimensional coordinate system which composed by source curl, cluster cycle, preferential policies and economic increment. We used the coordinate system which took economic increment that derived from source curl field as main measure target to simulate the upgrade path of industrial clusters of agricultural products intensive and deep processing of Heilongjiang province. The results showed that the upgrade path had the features similar with conical surface exponential helix curl and its main incentive source was resources curl. At last we gave out poliey recommendations matched with the key upgrade points of industrial clusters life cycle.
