The aircraft has an engine jib that shifts a rotor to 90 degrees to adjust an angle of a rotor blade by adding a required angle dependent on the load. The engine (7) is assembled at a propeller shaft in an engine pod (6) to optimally adjust propeller traction force for providing a resultant blade resetting force to adjust the angle. Return springs pull the blade to a maximum angle during the increased propeller rotation.
