地方政府之于地方性金融机构监管职责的角色

摘要

近年随着地方性金融机构快速发展及由此产生的风险频发问题,强化地方政府监管职责逐渐进入决策层与理论研究者的视野,从地方政府之于地方性金融机构监管责任入手,以多重角色诉求矛盾为视角,提出了弱化地方政府出资人、需求者的角色诉求,促使其有效履行监管职责的建议。%In recent years,with the rapid development of the local financial institutions and theirs financial risk,strengthening supervisory duties of regional government enters the visual field of decision-making layer and theory research.This paper puts forward some suggestions for effective supervision form the view of multiple roles demand dilemma and regional government supervision.
