Based on the panel data of entity fixed effect model, this research takes Per Capita GDP as the dependent variable, logistics industrial ag-glomeration as the key explanatory variable, and the Per capita investment in fixed assets, Government spending per capita, urbanization rate, natu-ral population growth rate and regional openness as control variables.An empirical test is conducted to examine the effect of Logistics industrial ag-glomeration on development of the Regional economic in 15 cities of Xinjiang.The results show that: logistics industrial agglomeration presents no significant negative effects on development of the regional economic, government spending per capita of control variables has obvious positive effect, per capita investment in fixed assets has obvious negative effect, urbanization rate, natural population growth rate and regional openness has no Sig-nificant effects.The regional governments in Xinjiang should size up the opportunity of the accelerate reform of the national supply side and the cor-responding policy which provided by the silk road economic belt', accelerating the transformation of industrial structure, promote the growth of the logistics industry and improve the effective of agglomeration in logistics industrial .%利用面板数据个体固定效应模型,以人均GDP为因变量,物流产业集聚为核心解释变量,人均固定资产投资、人均政府支出、城镇化率、人口的自然增长率及地区开放程度为控制变量,实证检验了新疆15个地州市物流产业集聚对地区经济增长的影响。主要结论如下:物流产业集聚对地区经济增长呈现不显著的负效应,控制变量中人均政府支出有显著的正效应,人均固定投资有显著的负效应,城镇化率、人口的自然增长率及地区开放程度对经济增长的效应不显著。新疆各地区政府应抓住国家供给侧改革的加速推进以及“丝绸之路经济带”提供相应政策的良好契机,加速产业结构的转型,促进物流产业的增长,提升物流产业集聚效应。
