基于时标网络计划前锋线的工程进度偏差探究

施工进度是决定工程顺利完工的主要因素, 直接关系到项目的经济效益.采用关键线路分析法确定各工程进度的拖延对总工期的影响, 运用双代号时标网络计划前锋线, 根据影响施工进度因素变化, 对工程进度和投资进行分析, 通过调整和优化进度计划, 达到建筑工程进度管理的最佳效果.%The construction schedule is the main factor to determine the smooth completion of the project, which is directly related to the economic benefits of the project. This paper introduced the critical path analysis to determine the effect of each project schedule delays on construction time, scale network planning using dual forward line, according to the factors that affect the construction schedule changes, the progress of the project and investment analysis, by adjusting and optimizing the schedule to reach the best effect of the progress of construction project management.
