PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate duplication of resources or works on the basis of the priority while considering limiting conditions such as order and delivery date.SOLUTION: An engineering schedule management system 10a includes: a display section 51; an engineering schedule DB41; a work input section 12 that receives inputs etc. on a work plan and a work; a resource input section 11 that receives inputs etc. on resources; a work attribute setting section 6 for setting work attributes; a work order relation setting section 7 that sets relationship among the works; a PERT execution section 21 for obtaining the float for each work; a priority evaluation section 22 that sets the priority on the basis of the work float and a predetermined evaluation function; a resources collapse execution section 23 that distributes resources to plural works; and an execution ES management section 33a that registers or updates the engineering schedule DB41 while adjusting the engineering schedule data.
