设计了与国产YJ 17-YJ27香烟卷接机组配套使用的烟支外观质量检测、圆周检测、负压缺盒检测三种在线检测装置.分别实现了对空松头、缺嘴、外观缺陷的检测、烟支圆周度的检测、香烟包装缺盒的检测,提高了香烟包装生产过程检测的自动化水平,保证了产品质量.%This paper designed the appearance quality detector, circumference detector and negative pressure lack of box detector to form a complete equipment used with cigarette volume machine (Type: YJ17 -YJ27). The equipment could detect the pine head, filter lip, circumference of cigarette and packing box. It improved the level of automation in cigarette productive packing process detection and ensured the quality of product.
