GC -MS法研究纸杯中有机残留物向食品的迁移行为

         

摘要

Research for the migration behavior of organic residues to food simulants and real food and for the migration laws of different food stroma .By solvent extraction to extract or-ganic residued in the soak of paper cups and carried on the quantitative analysis by chroma -tography-mass spectrometry .Chose four kinds of food simulants and real foods which has close nature to them , soaking paper cups , determination of migration of organic residues . Detected 9 kinds of organic compounds from two brands of paper cup , residues have the same migration trend in food simulation and real food .The organic residue of paper cups mainly came from plasticizer and printing ink .The migration from these organic residues to alcohol is the most significant .%研究了有机残留物向食品模拟物和真实食品的迁移行为及在不同食品基质中的迁移规律。采用溶剂萃取法提取纸杯浸泡液中的有机残留物,进行GC-MS定量分析。选择四种食品模拟物和与之性质相近的食品,浸泡纸杯,测定有机残留物的迁移量。从两种品牌纸杯中共检出9中有机物,残留物在食品模拟物和食品中的迁移趋势一致。纸杯中的有机残留物主要来源于增塑剂和印刷油墨,这些有机残留物向酒精类食品的迁移最为显著。
