蓬子菜香叶木苷对大鼠细胞色素 P450酶活性影响

摘要

To study the effect of diosmin on the activity in rat cytochrome P 450 enzyme twelve SD rats were randomly divided into two groups , half male and half female .The blank control group and diosmin administration group ( 300 mg/kg ) were administered by intragastric for seven days in a row .The extracts of the liver tissues of rats were in preparation of micro-somes.The activity of total CYP450 was determined by the reduction of CO difference spec-troscopy and spectrophotometer method .Results indicated that compared with blank control group, contents of CYP450 enzyme were increasing obeviously in diosmin group ( P <0. 05) .Diosmin could induce the CYP450 enzyme in the liver tissues of rats .%考察香叶木苷对大鼠细胞色素P450酶活性的影响．SD大鼠12只，雌雄各半，随机分为2组，分别为空白对照组与香叶木苷给药组（300 mg／kg），连续灌胃7 d，于给药结束后次日制备肝微粒体，采用CO还原差示光谱法、紫外分光光度法测定大鼠细胞色素P450酶的质量浓度．香叶木苷给药组肝微粒体酶质量浓度明显高于空白对照组，组间差异P＜0．05，差异显著．香叶木苷对大鼠肝微粒体P450酶具有诱导作用．
