木犀草素固体脂质颗粒包封率测定及抗氧化研究

     

摘要

测定木犀草素固体脂质颗粒的包封率并对其抗氧化能力进行研究,为木犀草素固体脂质颗粒的进一步开发应用提供依据.低速离心法分离木犀草素固体脂质颗粒与游离木犀草素,紫外分光光度法测定木犀草素固体脂质颗粒中木犀草素的质量比;通过对羟自由基、超氧阴离子、DPPH·清除能力和还原力的测定,确定木犀草素固体脂质颗粒的抗氧化能力.当离心强度1000 r/min,离心时间120 s时,可实现较好的分离效果,并测得3批包封率分别为74.41%、76.41%、74.24%;以Vc作对比,木犀草素和木犀草素固体脂质颗粒对DPPH·、·OH和O2-·三种自由基的清除能力均随样品质量浓度的增加而升高.本实验测定包封率的方法操作简单快捷,可用于测定木犀草素固体脂质颗粒的包封率;木犀草素固体脂质颗粒提高了木犀草素的抗氧化活性,具有潜在应用价值.%To determine the encapsulation efficiency of luteolin solid lipid particles and study their antioxidant ability, so as to provide basis for the further development and application of luteolin solid lipid particles. Luteolin solid lipid particles and free luteolin were isolated by low speed centrifugation, and luteolin content in the solid lipid particles of luteolin was de-termined by UV Spectrophotometry;the antioxidant capacity of luteolin solid lipid particles was determined by the determination of hydroxyl radical, superoxide anion, DPPH scaven-ging capacity and reducing power. When the centrifugal strength 1000 r/min, centrifugal time 120 s, can achieve a good separation effect, and measured the 3 batch of the entrap-ment rate were 74. 41%, 76. 41%, 74. 24%; Vc is compared, luteolin and luteolin solid lipid particles scavenging abilities on DPPH·, OH·, O2 -·, and three kinds of free radi-cals were. With the increase of the concentration of the sample solution, this experiment method for determination of entrapment efficiency of simple and quick operation, can be used for the determination of luteolin in solid lipid particle encapsulation;luteolin solid lipid parti-cles increase the antioxidant activity of luteolin, with potential application value.
