钛酸镍的制备及光催化性能的研究

         

摘要

探索并确定其光催化剂对腐殖酸废水处理效果,体现这种催化剂对腐殖酸废水处理方面的作用和价值,并确定钛酸镍催化剂的最佳制备工艺.实验中确定最佳制备工艺条件的方法是正交实验方法,通过光催化降解实验来证明是何种原因对腐殖酸的降解率有所改变.实验结果表明,催化剂钛酸镍投加量为200 mg/L、紫外光照时间150 min、腐殖酸溶液的质量浓度0.3 g/L、温度为70℃的最佳工艺条件下,去除率为44%.本实验研究结果表明,光催化降解方法操作简单易行,节能环保并且对有机废物具有降解的功能.%The purpose of this paper was to explore and determine the effect of photocatalyst on the treatment of humic acid wastewater , to reflect the effect and value of this catalyst on humic acid wastewater treatment and to determine the optimum preparation process of nickel titanate catalyst .The best way to determine the optimum conditions for the preparation was to experiment with the photocatalytic degradation experiments to demonstrate the reason for the degradation of humic acid .The results were as follows:the removal rate was 44%when the dosage of catalyst was 200 mg/L, the time of ultraviolet light was 150 min, the concentration of humic acid solution was 0 .3 g/L and the temperature was 70℃.The experimental results showed that the photocatalytic degradation method was simple , energy-saving and environ-mentally friendly and has the function of degrading organic waste .
