摘要

This thesis studies the present situation of school sports safety rules and regulations. It analyzes the necessity of establishment of school sports safety rules and regulations on the basis of Economic theories. It aims at providing theoretical support to improve the effectiveness of school sports safety rules and regulations.%文章研究了我国学校体育活动安全规章制度的现状，并基于经济学理论分析了制定学校体育活动安全规章制度的必要性，并据此提出了学校体育活动的实施建议，目的是对我国学校体育活动安全规章制度的完善提供理论支持。
